How to make a career change? Get your story right with the GAP analysis! By Joep Elemans
In this workshop you will be working on a convincing story to bridge the GAP between your dream job and your experience.
Recruitment is all about Risk management. Most MBA students like to change several aspects of their job. How convincing will you be to your new boss? How risky are you going to be for your new colleagues? How are you able to ‘prove’ that you will be successful? In this workshop you will start analysing the GAP between your dream job and your experience. The GAP analysis will help you to build a convincing story to make a career jump to a different function, industry, location and/or salary level.
