Group sessions on behavioural interviews. Learn from each other and practice in an interactive session with max 5 students.
This workshop will allow you to get a better understanding of the underlying theory of behavioural interviewing and have some fun trying it out in a safe learning environment.
80% of interviews nowadays are made up of behavioural questions and these are hard work. In behavioural interviews you will need to come up with specific examples, detailing how you handled certain situations. You will most likely be asked to quantify your answers as much as possible, allowing the interviewer to check your facts with referees, should it get to that stage. Bottom line, behavioural interviews are not about potential scenarios. They are all about real things - what you have done and how you did it.
The sessions will be scheduled from September until November 2018. This is not an mandatory session but comes highly recommended!
