Description

Ask someone the question ‘what’s the outcome you are trying to achieve from sending a job application?’ and the response will be likely be ‘to get a job’. This is not quite on point! At its most basic the purpose of sending a job application is to get asked for an interview. With this in mind, it’s really important when applying to adopt a recruiter’s mind-set and therefore increase your chances of being one of the lucky ones selected for an interview.

During this workshop, you will learn:
- The recruiter’s mind-set
- How to break down a Job Description
- How to tailor your CV
- How to tailor your Cover/Motivation letter
- Tips, Tricks and Hacks to increase your chances of getting an interview
